About us

A small bakery in Watford.

Ishias Brownies bakes everything by hand, to order, in small batches in Watford. Each box is folded, filled and packed here, then posted or delivered.

Our kitchen was inspected by Watford Borough Council in September 2024, with hygienic food handling rated very good.

How much is delivery?

UK post is £3.95 per order for Mix Six boxes, slabs and cards. Local delivery within 5 miles of Watford (measured from WD18 7NN) and collection from Watford are free.

Will it fit through my letterbox?

Yes, brownie boxes and slabs go in a slim postal box made to fit a UK letterbox, so nobody needs to be in.

Can I choose a date?

For collection and local delivery, yes: pick a date at checkout, from two days ahead. Posted orders are baked to order and sent as soon as they're ready.

Which items can be posted?
